Upon entering the programme, each individual is assessed and connected with the appropriate specialist service. Those struggling with substance addiction are offered an appointment with Turning Point, a dedicated support network for substance misuse recovery. For gambling addiction, Spinney Hill connects individuals with GamCare, a leading provider in gambling support. Those seeking help for pornography addiction can engage with Pluggy Talks, while individuals facing gaming addiction are supported by YGAM (Young Gamers and Gamblers Education Trust). Additionally, Spinney Hill offers referrals and support for any other type of addiction, ensuring each person receives the personalised help they need to recover.

All new referrals are allocated a slot with a Counsellor who will do an assessment make a decision as to what Therapeutic support they need in order to reach their goals.
